Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between SPACES Degree College (Autonomous) and Foundarly Private Limited, Bangalore - 02-07-2026

SPACES Degree College (Autonomous), Payakaraopeta, under the management of Sri Prakash Educational Society, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Foundarly Private Limited, Bengaluru on 02 July 2026. The collaboration aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by offering students a comprehensive Training Program. The primary objective of this partnership is to enhance students' technical competencies, practical project experience, and employability through industry-oriented training. The program will also include coding sessions, capstone projects, periodic assessments, career guidance, and placement assistance. The training program is designed for a duration of one year, with two offline sessions per week, each lasting two hours, amounting to approximately 64 hours per semester. Students who successfully complete the program with a minimum attendance of 80% and fulfill all assessment requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion from Foundarly Private Limited. Under the agreement, Foundarly Private Limited will be responsible for designing and delivering the curriculum, providing experienced trainers and mentors, conducting assessments, issuing certificates, and facilitating placement support through its employer network. The MoU was signed by Ravi Teja Chikkala, Founder, and Hemachandu Medipudi, Co-Founder, representing Foundarly Private Limited. The agreement reflects the institution's commitment to strengthening industry-academia collaboration and equipping students with in-demand technical skills to enhance their career prospects. The partnership is expected to create valuable learning opportunities, enabling students to gain practical exposure and industry-relevant expertise, thereby preparing them for successful careers in the software and technology sector.
