About Evaluation Logistics
Teaching and evaluation are the two sides of a coin. The Examination Cell plays a key role in the continuous evaluation process. Headed directly by the Chief Superintendent of Examinations (Principal) and supported by dedicated operational staff, the cell manages all internal and external examinations in a fair, structured, and highly systematic manner.
Primary Functions of the Exam Cell
- Serves all standard examination notifications received from the University to stakeholders.
- Prepares specific circulars for students regarding examination fees, penalties, and collection timelines.
- Ensures precision when planning internal exam schedules, invigilation duty registers, and hall configurations.
- Collects authentic marks memos from University centers and manages student distribution.
- Analyzes end-semester examination scores to prepare detailed tracking metrics for review.
- Maintains chronological record archives pertaining to all academic operations.
- Addresses individual student grievances regarding evaluation or checking issues.
