Institutional Strategic/ Perspective Development Plan
The Governing Body of the college plays the role of the top management and works in close cooperation with the Principal and members of Academic Staff Council to regulate and maintain the academic and development activities in the college. The Principal in the capacity of the head of the institution in consultation with the members of the following committees implement the decisions and policies of the Management.

Meetings are held periodically to coordinate and improve the functioning of organization. Service and other leave rules are governed by the governing body. Recruitment and sanctioning of annual increments to the teaching and non-teaching staff members will be done by the Management basing on the recommendations of the Principal and the Head of the Departments. Grievances from the staff members of the college will be resolved by the principal in consultations with the management.
Institutional Strategic/ Perspective Development Plan
Every year perspective plans are evolved and deployed in the identified areas through academic and administrative activities, budget allocation and effective action plans and regular review of outcomes to ensure the achievement of strategic plans. Committees constituted with senior faculty members and Management representative make need analysis at the ground level and is followed by the identification of resources.
Future plans of the Institution
- Introducing new UG and PG Programmes as per the guidelines of APSCHE in line with NEP 2020.
- Introducing new programmes in dairy technology, agriculture, veterinary science, aqua culture and horticulture
- Creation of sufficient infrastructure facilities on the campus to meet the requirements of new courses.
- Recruiting highly qualified and experienced faculty to deliver high quality education to the students.
- To establish partnerships with Industries and Community to create opportunities for students to gain the real-world experience and internship opportunities
- To enhance research culture among staff and students.
- To enhance the number of study projects/field projects/industry exposure visits.
- To organize large number of entrepreneurship awareness programmes by inviting successful entrepreneurs in the society.
