SPACES Degree College (Autonomous), Payakaraopeta, in association with Skill Medha, organized a three-day Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) for office staff from 12 to 14 October 2026. The programme aimed to enhance the digital competencies and administrative efficiency of office personnel through practical knowledge of MS Office applications, Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, and cyber security.
The programme focused on developing skills in digital documentation, data management, office automation, and the effective use of AI tools in routine administrative tasks. It also highlighted the importance of cyber security, data privacy, safe interntyet practices, and protection against digital threats.
The programme provided an opportunity for office staff to strengthen their technical knowledge, improve productivity, and adapt to the changing digital requirements of educational institutions. The initiative reflected the institution’s commitment to continuous professional development and the adoption of technology-driven administrative practices.
