6-Day Employability Skills Training Programme
SPACES Degree College (Autonomous), Payakaraopeta, in collaboration with Naandi Foundation, organised a six-day GF Employability Skills Training Programme from 21 September to 1 October 2026 for its degree students.
The programme focused on developing essential employability and workplace skills through interactive and activity-based sessions. The training covered Self-Awareness, Goal Setting, Time Management, Professional Communication, Body Language, Professional Grooming, Money Management, Job Opportunities, Resume Preparation, Interview Skills, Group Discussions, Workplace Ethics, Project Presentation, Problem Solving, Conflict Management, and Critical Thinking.
The sessions were conducted by experienced Naandi Foundation trainers, including Mr. Gogulapati Narasimha Rao, Employability Skills Master Trainer; Dr. Bala Bhanu Etukuri, Adjunct Faculty; Mr. Origeti Pramod Kumar, Soft Skills Trainer; and Mr. Shaik Alladin, Soft Skills Trainer.
Students actively participated in practical activities, mock interviews, group discussions, presentations, and problem-solving exercises. The programme aimed to enhance students’ confidence, communication skills, career readiness, and overall employability, preparing them for a successful transition from campus to the workplace.
The initiative reflects SPACES Degree College’s commitment to holistic student development, skill enhancement, and student progression through meaningful institutional collaborations.
