SPACES Degree College successfully hosted a campus recruitment drive by Trent Limited, a Tata Enterprise, on 12 December 2025. The recruitment process was conducted for the role of Retail Operations – Sales Associates.

The drive was led by Ms. Lanka Maha Lakshmi, Regional HR Officer, along with Mr. G. Rahul (HR & Accounts – Store Operations) and Mr. Manohar (HR & Accounts – Store Operations).

The recruitment process commenced with a pre-placement talk, during which the recruiters provided an insightful overview of the company, explained the job role, and highlighted the career growth opportunities available at Trent. The session helped students gain a clear understanding of the organization’s work culture and expectations.

Following the interaction, personal interviews were conducted. As a result of the selection process, 66 students were successfully selected and were issued offer letters.

Principal Dr A.R.K Reddy, Coordinator IQAC Dr A.K.Tripathi, Vice Principal Sri P.Ch.V.Subbarao, congratulated the selected students and extended sincere thanks to the Trent recruitment team for providing valuable career opportunities to our students.

An on-campus placement drive was conducted by MSN Laboratories at SPACES Degree College on 03.04.2024 for B.Sc. & M.Sc. Chemistry male candidates of 2023 & 2024 batches. Mr. Ganesh Patnaik, HR & Mr. Mani Shankar, HR conducted the drive. The drive was held for positions in Production and Quality Control. 
Written test and technical interviews were conducted to the applicants as part of recruitment process. A total of 40 students participated in the drive. 
17 Students were selected for the positions in Production and Quality Control.

On April 15, 2024, an On-Campus placement drive was conducted to the students of SPACES Degree College by Miracle Software Systems Pvt Ltd. The drive targeted students pursuing B.Sc, BBA, and B.Com degrees, offering opportunities in the role of US-IT Recruiter.
The drive was facilitated by Mr. D Kalyan, Mr. Prithvi Raj, Ms. Purnima, and Ms. Divya from Miracle's HR recruitment team. Their expertise and guidance ensured a smooth and effective recruitment process.
The recruitment process comprised four rounds:
1. Group Discussion (GD)
2. Written Test
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview
At the end of the rigorous selection process, a total of 13 students were successfully placed for the role of US-IT Recruiter. This outcome underscores the alignment of skills and competencies demonstrated by the selected candidates with the requirements of Miracle Software Systems Pvt Ltd.
