Statutory Declaration Under Section 4 (1) (b) of the RTI Act, 2005
The Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act-2005) was enacted by Parliament to secure access to data under the control of public authorities, thereby advancing absolute operational transparency and rigorous institutional accountability.
All higher learning centers established by Parliament or State Legislation, or financed directly/indirectly through government funds, come within the purview of a Public Authority under this law. In strict compliance with the Higher Education Department of the Government of Andhra Pradesh and University Grants Commission (UGC) mandates, SPACES Degree College, Payakaraopeta implements the Right to Information Act, 2005 in its entirety.
Application Filing Procedure

Applications can be neatly typed or handwritten. Ensure the document is clearly headed "Application under RTI Act 2005".
02. Dynamic Formats
Applications are accepted via email as a valid delivery mode. There is no rigid or mandatory filing template required.
03. Language Preference
Petitions must be submitted in simple, clean, and direct language using either English or Telugu.
04. Precise Targeting
Address the documentation strictly to the official title: "The Public Information Officer" (do not use personal names).
05. Clear Scope
State your questions using short, sequential, point-by-point lines. Avoid long technical terms or vague legal arguments.
06. Statutory Fees
Attach the standard Government RTI processing fee via an Indian Postal Order (IPO) or Demand Draft (DD) where applicable.
