International Yoga Day Was Observed in Sri Prakash Educational Institutions Payakaraopeta . Sri.A.Vibheshena Rao, Sub-Inspector, Payakaraopeta was the Chief guest for this celebrations. He emphasized in his speech that Yoga would dispel the stress and it was an elixir of life .
There were hundreds of students besides 13 Andhra, 18 Andhra,6 Andhra naval NCC candidates participated on this occasion and also Heads of the institution were present.
On 29/12/18(Saturday), an Awareness program on Disaster Management was conducted at SPACES Degree College by Sri Satya Sai Organization. In this program, students were trained in some activities like Rescue of victims using ropes, fire fighting, structure method, Hand lifting, First-aid (CPR, Chocking, Fits). All these activities are done in the supervision of Bandi Suresh & Team. In this program around 500 students participated very actively and enthusiastically. At the end of the program Sri Satya Sai Organizers were honored with mementos. Sri Bulliabbai, Y.Raja, Dr K.Veerraju, Principal In-charge, Sri. P.Ch.V.Subbarao garu, Vice-Principal and NSS Coordinators participated.
Sri Prakash continues its tradition that every year our students represent in RD Parade , NEW DELHI. SPACES Degree student, P.JEMIMA HEMALATHA, III CBZ has been selected for Republic Day Parade which will be held in NEW DELHI on 26th January 2019. She will be in Delhi through out January 2019. After the RD celebrations she will meet the top most personalities in INDIA like The President, The Vice-President, The Prime Minister and The Central Cabinet Ministers. Sri Ch. Off Campus Drive was conducted in Vizayanagaram in MVGR College on 18th December 2018. Around 3000 students across the state participated in this drive from SPACES Degree College, Three of our students got selected. They are K.BINDU LATHA (III MCCS), M.GOWRI PARVATHI (III MCCS), and N.CHINNI (III MPCOMP).Indeed our students proved their mettle in interview. Sri Ch. Andhra University conducted PRE-RD Selections in the process of Republic Day Selections. SPACES Degree Students have shown their mettle once again in the PRE-RD Selections. The students, M.Chandra Sekhar, III Bsc and P.Usha Naga Jyothi, IIBsc, have been qualified. Both the students will attend a Pre Republic Day camp which will be conducted in Nagpur; Maharastra.The Camp will be organized between 25TH Nov to 4TH Dec. In this Context, Sri Ch.Vijay Prakash, Joint Secretary, Sri Prakash Educational Institutions and Dr.K.Veerraju, Principal-In charge and vice principal Sri P.CH.V.Subbarao congratulated the students on their Success.
There was Rally on Dengue by NCC Cadets on 10-09-2018 held at Payakaraopeta, by NCC cadets, SPACES Degree college, students created Awareness program on the precautions of Dengue and also advised to apply coconut oil on legs during night time , In order to avoid mosquito problems.
Sri Prakash celebrated 42nd Foundation day grandly on 19-08-2018. On this auspicious day, SPACES Degree College students and Staff donated 150 units of blood. On this occasion Sri Ch. Vijay Prakash, Joint-Secretary, Sri Prakash Educational Society addressed the lively gathering on service and how it would be beneficial to the society. By donating his blood he set an example. On this occasion,Dr.K Veerraju,principal incharge,Rotary District 3020 Asst,Governor, sri DV Raju, Tuni and sri Boppana ramu ,the president of Rotary,Tuni, peddireddy padma, secretaries VSR Krishna, VV satish were present.
