MoU with Magic Bus India Foundation Pvt. Ltd.

SPACES Degree College(A), Payakaraopeta, has taken a significant step towards strengthening student employability and holistic development by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Magic Bus India Foundation Pvt. Ltd., a nationally recognized organization working in the areas of education, skill development, and youth empowerment. This strategic collaboration marks an important milestone in the institution’s commitment to enhancing career readiness and life skills among its students.

This MoU is part of an initiative led by Reliance Foundation, with Magic Bus India Foundation serving as the Learning and Development Partner. The partnership aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by providing structured training programs focused on life skills, employability, and workforce readiness.

As a part of this collaboration, Magic Bus India Foundation will support SPACES Degree College through the design and delivery of Life Skills and Employability Training Programs, career guidance sessions, resume-building workshops, interview preparedness modules, digital and cybersecurity awareness, and personality development initiatives. These programs will be implemented using interactive, activity-based, and experiential learning methodologies to ensure meaningful student engagement and practical skill acquisition.

The recently conducted 7-Day Life Skills and Employability Training Program (05.12.2025 to 12.12.2025) stands as a successful outcome of this MoU, benefiting a total of 120 students, with 100% participation recorded on the concluding day. The positive response, increased student engagement, and measurable improvement in confidence and communication skills highlight the effectiveness of the collaboration.

Through this MoU, SPACES Degree College reinforces its focus on outcome-based education and holistic student development. The partnership is expected to create long-term value by enhancing students’ personal, social, and professional competencies, improving employability prospects, and preparing them to meet future academic and career challenges with confidence.
